I’m Patty Aluskewicz, the founder of Agile Mindset Consulting.

Being agile has always been a part of my life. Having the courage to recognize the need for change, adapting to this change, and successfully seeing the process through has been essential to getting me where I am today. That is why Agile and Scrum have always been a natural fit for what I do!
