Need Scrum help?
Hey New Scrum Master. I know you want to NAIL your role but are you…
- overwhelmed and don’t know where to start
- need a solid toolkit to pull from so you don’t feel like such a imposter
- are struggling to get your act together to prep for your NEXT role
I’ve been there. And I have designed a program that can help get your career rockin’ and rollin’ !
The Scrum Simulator
This signature 4-month Scrum Master cohort-based program fills the frustrating gap between getting a certification and putting that knowledge into practice.
During our time together, we will:
- Meet 1:1 to determine your highest priority skill gaps and turn them into a Jira backlog of actionable User Stories.
- Gather with 4 other people to form a Scrum Team, giving you valuable, tactical experience in “doing” Scrum to deliver on your User Stories.
- Work through career/role impediments together, giving you the support and accountability you need to get past them.
- Stack your SM Toolkit full of tips, ideas and skills to immediately take back and apply to your job.
In addition, we will have a Scrum of Scrums call each week with other teams. In it, you will learn to coach, be coached by others and remove impediments.
Why would I recommend working with Patty?
Patty is very knowledgeable, gave us real life applications for Scrum and Agile, and comes from a place of deep respect and care for self-organizing teams rather than adherence to a “methodology.” Patty is an excellent coach and asks meaningful and thought provoking questions, encourages to self-learn that lights up our bulb every time.
If you are a new Scrum master or even an experienced Scrum master looking to gain deeper insights and practices of Agile and Scrum, I would highly recommend Patty’s program!

I bounced around from Meetup to Meetup, changing my resume, getting certifications, looking for a silver bullet. But going through this experience gave me the foundation I needed.
I also learned I needed to be vulnerable in order to establish trust within the group. I jumped off the cliff and opened up, and as an introvert this was not easy task. Once my wall started to crumble, so did others, and I noticed the dynamics of the group changing. By the end of the process, we all saw each other’s growth from where we started.
If you’re a new Scrum Master or someone that’s held the role for years, this program has exceptional benefits for you.
I’ve been a Scrum Master for 5 years and haven’t had the accountability outside of teams for my understanding of Agile processes.
This program reinvigorated my learning and gave the much needed perspective I was missing on how I perform the role.
I can not shout enough of the benefits I’ve catalogued from this program!
I am grateful to this cohort and to my coach, Patty!
Not only that I’ve learned more about Scrum framework and Agile methodologies, but I’ve also practiced these with some of the best Scrum Masters in the industry!
This class has helped me become comfortable teaching, and sharing this knowledge with my team.
Patty is enthusiastic, mindful and goal-oriented in her coaching style. I highly recommend her!
